Opening a saved search

Searches can be saved as described in Browsing by hierarchy, Browsing by properties, and Searching in document properties. Saved searches are shown on the Home page.

To open a saved search:

1. On the Home page menu, click SAVED SEARCHES. Your saved searches appear in a list.
2. Click the saved search that you want to open. The view from which the search was saved opens in the web browser window. For a description of view pages, see Using view pages.
